- If for any reason you are not satisfied with any regular sale item, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase or order delivery date. To return your order please email email@example.com with your order number and request for a return. We will email you return instructions.
- All items purchased during our Clearance sales, FINAL sale items that are permanently discounted are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Note we will not accept a return if an order number or original return label can't be provided.
- If you cannot find your original order number, please contact CharmsBeDazzle Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your original order number and what product you desire to return.
- Customer is responsible for return payment.
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
- If you choose to return and not utilize the CharmsBeDazzle shipping process that is provided, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the full value of the contents.
